The Framework Method assumes a basic familiarity with quilting and appliqué. It does not teach every technique from the beginning, but it provides templates, assembly guidance, creative options, and layout support. Newer quilters can absolutely use the system, though they may wish to consult technique-specific tutorials as needed. YouTube is fantastic resource.
